Mix the Vegan Burger Mix with oil according to the indicated ratio until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Add ice-cold water and stir until smooth and uniform.
Leave the mixture to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes; the optimal resting time is 12 hours.
Shape the burgers.
Storage: Store at 0–4°C for up to 48 hours, or at -18°C for up to 4 weeks.
Cooking: Grilling on a flat top or barbecue at 180°C is recommended.
